BEEF PRICING
BUTCHER FEE: $90/COW
The butcher fee includes the killing, skinning, gutting, splitting and hanging of your cow.
WHOLE OR HALF COW: $0.80/LB.
This pricing includes your choice of cuts trimmed to perfection, vacuum sealed for freshness and labeled nicely for easy access in the freezer.
QUARTER COW: $0.85/LB.
“Equal quarters” of a half are offered for an extra $20 per quarter. Each quarter will receive the same general cuts, and then everything will be split equally and boxed separately for easy pickup.
SLICING: $0.95/LB.
This will be charged based on how much beef you get sliced, such as for sizzle steaks.
GRINDING: $0.15/LB.
This will be charged based on how much beef gets ground into burger.
HAMBURGER PATTIES: $0.60/LB.
This will be charged based on how much ground beef you have made into patties.
PORK CUTS
PORK PRICING
BUTCHER FEE: $60/PIG
The butcher fee includes the killing, skinning, gutting, splitting and hanging of your pig.
WHOLE PIG: $0.75/LB.
This pricing includes your choice of cuts trimmed to perfection, vacuum sealed for freshness and labeled nicely for easy access in the freezer.
HALF PIG: $0.80/LB.
SMOKING: $1.00/LB.
This will be charged based on how much pork you have smoked (bacon, hams or hocks), and includes the brining, smoking, and cutting/slicing.
BULK SAUSAGE: $0.85/LB.
This will be charged based on how much pork you have made into sausage. We currently offer breakfast, sweet and hot sausage in 1 or 2 pound bags.
LINK/ROPE SAUSAGE: $1.25/LB.
VENISON CUTS
VENISON PRICING
$110/DEER
This fee includes the skinning and hanging of your deer, your choice of cuts trimmed to perfection as well as your choice of plain ground venison or venison sausage, vacuum sealed for freshness and labeled nicely for easy access in the freezer. Options for venison sausage include breakfast, sweet, or hot. Pork can be added for an additional $3/lb, subject to change with the market.
If you’re planning to have your deer mounted, we can cape your trophy for an additional $50 charge.
SPECIALTY SNACK STICKS
We offer regular, maple, jalapeño, BBQ, and pepperoni snack sticks. There is a 7 lb. minimum per flavor.
Regular $7.25/lb
Maple $7.25/lb
Jalapeno $7.50/lb
BBQ $7.50/lb
Pepperoni $7.50/lb
Prices subject to change at any time. We accept cash, check, or card as forms of payment.
Processed meat will not be frozen. For this reason, we ask that all product be picked up within 3 business days of customer being notified that it’s ready. After 3 business days, there will be a daily storage charge of $10 per animal until pickup.
